Jayla

Jayla is a beautiful African-American girl born in 1998.  Jayla is personable, affectionate, and loves giving and receiving hugs.  She delights in listening to music, playing water games, and running around outside.

Jayla is autistic and non-verbal.  She follows directions and responds well to simple commands.  Jayla does great in a structured setting.  She is diagnosed with mild mental retardation and receives Regional Center services.  Jayla is in the second grade and receives special education services.

Jayla is in need of a loving and supportive family that will assist her with reaching her full potential.

Contact us by phone at 888-811-1121 or e-mail to reserve your space at an adoption information meeting. At the meeting you will receive an adoption application and the essential information you need about the process.

Your Partner

DCFS partners with you by providing adoption preparation, training and home studies for residents of Los Angeles County. Home studies completed by other licensed adoption agencies are also accepted for possible placement of children.

The Adoption Assistance Program, which provides financial aid to parents for adopted children is available, as well as the State's medical insurance, Medi-Cal.
