Looking for a Forever Family
|
Dylan
Dylan is an enthusiastic Caucasian fifteen-year-old. He is a sweet, pleasant boy, and is well liked by everyone who meets him. As he is kind and motivated, Dylan sets an example to other teens in his placement, and will absolutely thrive with a loving adoptive family. Dylan enjoys outings and playing outdoors, especially riding his bicycle. Most of all, he loves to participate in family activities. Lately, Dylan is into listening to Latin music.
Dylan is in 9th grade and attends a special educational program that focuses on learning life skills. He does very well in a structured environment.
Dylan needs a very special family that can help him through some difficult challenges. Dylan has a diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, status post epidcardial VVI pacemaker that needs to be monitored every six months and moderal mental retardation. He also has blindness on the left eye. With a stable and nurturing environment, Dylan can reach his full potential. And he wants to be a part of your family.
If you are interested in adopting Dylan, please contact the Department of Children and Family services at (626) 229-3790.
